Really trying to shed some lbs.
Trying to focus on eating more protein, and less carbs is hard. Trying to shed some extra lbs. so I can be quicker on the bike. Planning on doing the 70 mile Tour de Scottsdale ride Oct. 2nd.

Red Lobster killed the diet yesterday, I'm going to have to do some long endurance the next 4 days to make up for it.

Oh crap I ate too much food today...now I have to go to the gym in the morning before work. Had to look for possible substitutions for food I ate at Gordon Biersch that are on found on dailyburn
