    I usually only use my nike plus and have been so busy I did not use daily burn but I realize I neglected my strength training so I am back on CLX while training for my first 50 miler.... here I go :)

    ...and you are a workout queen! I have 2 classmates doing Insanity too. How is it? They say its crazy! I'm just finally serious about losing this weight and have a goal to be at a BMI of at least 24 by New Yrs. The Turbulence Training workouts fit my busy schedule. Anyway, thanks again for the motivation, and keep up the Insanity :)
