About Me
I'm attempting to go through P90X Lean paired with jogging on the treadmill. Goals are to become more toned and athletic so I can go backpacking with the hubby and not feel like my lungs are going to explode! A six pack would be pretty cool too. ;) Motivations and tips are welcome!

new routine
Good luck! I found the nutrition calculator a bit much too (I cook a lot also). But a lot of items are in it already, so I just pick the individual ingredients (ie chicken breast, tomato) and their portion sizes that I used in the recipe. I don't care if it's 100% accurate, just as long as I'm not going way over in calories!

Remotivated!
I got away from using this site for awhile because the food log was becoming more cumbersome than helpful as I make a lot of meals from scratch and it takes a lot of time to calculate out the nutritional value of every single dish. So I don't know that I want to start up tracking my food again - BUT - I was recently donated a treadmill and can't wait to start running on it! It will be a nice change of pace on my cardio days. Also there's no way I'd be running outside in this weather! Sadly I have gotten out of the habit of exercising daily but am proud of my weight loss purely from cutting a lot of garbage out of my diet this past month. :) But now I'm ready for some muscle tone! So here's to me attempting to start a new routine!

How are things going? I noticed the last couple of weeks have been pretty light exercise-wise. Maybe that's part of going into phase 2? Hopefully you haven't hit a wall. :P
