Ugh
Do NOT eat Chinese food for dinner!!! It will make you gain weight, trust me. As in 1.5 pounds overnight. It sure was good though. :) Planning to work out again today, we'll see how that goes since the weather is so cold.

Ahhh...
I'm getting back into the routine and the scale is starting to ease down a bit. Just another pound and a half to go to reach my original goal, which is really nice! Want to lose about 3 more pounds total though; we'll see how it goes. The shape is looking pretty good; the cheese is going away, and that was the goal! Maybe I'll make it into a bikini this year after all.

The Holidays are Over!
Thank God, too, because I was starting to think I was going to gain every ounce I had lost (which wasn't much, but you know, every little bit counts). I'm back on the wagon again and doing well with the workouts - although last night's workout was cut short by putting the boys to bed. No matter, I got the cardio (3m on the elliptical) and sit-ups in, so those are the ones that count the most.

Rough Day
I didn't eat before my workout today and it was rough. I managed to make it through everything but the pushups nearly killed me. I generally eat right before a workout (not a meal, but a big snack) in order to not bonk. I did fine on the run but bonked when I was doing my strengthening exercises. Oh well, at least I managed to push through it all!

starting to see results!
After just over a week of routinely working out and running, I'm starting to see the results! I'm not losing any weight to speak of, but I don't really "need" to, either. I am seeing the results toning up though, and tha's really what I wanted. we'll see if I can keep it up through the winter and have the hot sexy bod I want come spring time. ;-)
