    Aw, Shiiiit!

    Mental note: when you're trying to lose weight, and Daily Burn tells you that you need more calories, do NOT eat them for supper. It will screw your weight in the long run - even if it's super-healthy and stuff. I ate a big supper last night trying to pick up some protein and this morning I had gained 1.2 pounds. IN ONE DAY. Hopefully I can get it back down over the next few days but damn, two steps forward, one step back...

    Oh, wait...

    Yeah, well, it seems that I am now sick with a really nasty cold so I'm going to have to wait a few days to start. On a lighter note, I have already lost two pounds (I don't eat when I'm sick)! Going to try to start Monday or Tuesday if I can kick the cold well enough by then.

    Bikini Toning!

    So, I joined the Bikini workout, for results "within 3 months". We'll see. Gotta get that inner core looking good, need to lose 5-10 pounds to be "perfect". Here goes (starting later today)!
