Eating Out Short Term Goal
I have acquired the nasty habit of eating out... be it at fast food places or sit down restaraunts. My current short-term goal is to make every meal at home. My end date for this goal is Friday.

My Healthy Lifestyle Goals...
1. Achieve my goal weight of 135.0 and maintain it; 2. Increase my water intake and decrease my soda intake; 3. Complete a structured workout at least 3 times per week; 4. Minimize fast food meals; 5. Replace bad carbs with good carbs; 6. Complete a 5K by the end of the 2010 year
