    Thanks again for the message- you are so right about the exercise thing, taking it very easy now. Thankfully I'm doing physical therapy and that will help guide me with what I'm able to do. I'm still working on getting my food intake, just haven't felt like eating much. You are so right about nutrition, right now it's the only thing I can easily control health wise.

    Hmmm... Motel Scale

    said I was 166 pounds this morning. Had to wear shorts (normally weight bare) but doubt they could have been more than a pound. Traveling with family makes it difficult, but I'll either have to shape up on the calories I eat and/or work out more! I WILL NOT GET FAT AGAIN! BTW: the big meals I've had the past week have tasted good, but not really so much so that they were worth the extra calories.

    Looks like you're doing really well at maintenance! Yes, I see the "exceeded calorie goal by 642 calories" from a couple of days ago but that's not so bad. Main thing is compliance *most* of the time.

    at or below your goal weight for nearly a week! Did you adjust your calorie intake? I have been thinking about how to ease into maintenance but I am not sure what that will look like for me.
