    Enjoyment

that's what the challenge will be about for me. I invited some top guns to Bruceee's challenge and you are one of them. I haven't ridden a bike (other than stationery) in more than 10 years. I'm a little nervous about getting back on, but then it will be fun so I will ride around my condo area to see how I do. I'm so glad to hear that your knee is much improved. Very glad to hear about your son's new job--sounds very interesting. My son was hired for a summer internship yesterday so I'm also excited for him. Almost at the 50 lb mark, what an amazing achievement Dwight. I can't wait to join you in the maintenance lane. Have a great day!

    Life is good...

My knee is much better, not completely 100% yet, but well on the way. I have been able to stay at or below my long term goal of 164 lbs for nearly a week now. The weather in Minnesota has been great and I've enjoyed walking and biking outdoors. And most importantly, my son has found a full time job in the business he loves, talk radio. (And I am only a half pound away from winning the "Everybody Wins" 50 lbs lost challenge.) And I have wonderful support from the guys here on dailyburn. Sounds like Thanksgiving instead of Easter huh?
