I can't get to this site often enough for it to be of use. I have been making progress on my own but don't have the time to record it. I am going to remove myself from the site since the guilt of not visiting often enough is worse than the effect of not using the site!! Best of luck to you and thanks for your help.

I missed Wednesday but do have progress to report - I have worked out consistently for two weeks now and am starting to feel an improvement (and muscles I didn't know I had !!) How did your week go?

It's Wednesday
Just checking in - I don't have an im unless you count Facebook. I started at the local community centre this week and can hardly walk!! I am not registering any loss but it's just about "that time" for me and I always gain 3-4 lbs until after. How has your week been so far? Hope you are having success too!

Sounds good
Once or twice a week is more manageable for me - I have been losing but not quick enough, I turn 40 this month and want a significant change by then :) Let's get to it!!!
