    Journal Reflection

    a) I learned that I have eating patterns, I can do good all day long, but after 8:00pm I just start eating anything and everything. If I could control that I would be ok. B) That I am not very consistent in my work outs, when I do go I give it 100%, the hard part is getting myself to go. C)Yes, the pie chart showed me were my calories are coming from. And really got me thinking about finding low fat recipes (which I did) tonight I made low fat vegetarian lasagna, really good. D) I think I will, I find it very interesting to exchange challenges,and to see how well my gymniee buddies are doing. E) I really enjoyed the class and found it to be very challenging. It really opened my eyes and made me think about my health and what I was eating, and how I was treating my body. thanks!

    How are your goals coming along? Running for 5 minutes and Crunches? It seems you've got a lot of GymBuddies that are helping you stay motivated to reach your goals. Re: the motivations you sent to fellow GymBuddies - your short bursts of encouragements like "good job" or "Keep up the good work" were great. However, keep in mind when you're writing on someone's journal, your feedback should demonstrate that you've taken the time to be familiar with their workouts and goals. Messages should be relevant and feel genuine.
