Thanks for being one of my motivators. What is this 80 day plan that you're on?

Day 4
Hmm. Well it's 5pm and I'm pretty hungry, but luckily I've got a steak lined up for tonight's dinner. Mmm, steak. One thousand calories left in the budget for today anyway. I think my mistake for today was having a small breakfast -- will try something more substantial tomorrow. With eggs.

Day 3
As recorded on day 4. A bit of a weird one, since I skipped lunch and had a big dinner instead. Not the healthiest idea, but I got away with it.

Day 2
Easy one again. In addition to a long walk in the morning and a bike ride down to Jack London square, went to a party but restricted myself to one plate of easily calorie-counted stuff. On the high end of the range, but fine.

Day 1 completed
Well, that was easy! 1819 calories, and feeling kinda full. Of course, let's not take that too seriously. Tomorrow gets trickier. For now, I'm gonna head out for a 500-calorie walk.
