    Bus = Walking

    I took the bus to work today, which involves a lot more walking on my part. So I tracked it with a pedometer. I added 2.5 miles (6155 steps) to my day. It's a start.

    Big Fail

    This weekend I utterly failed to track what I ate. Starting with Friday night, really, when I went to IHOP for dinner, and then had "just a drop" on Saturday night. Ah well. Begin again.
