7:20am (caltrain): smoothie (banana, blueberries, spinach, and water) 9:30am: overnight oatmeal (almond milk, cinnamon, walnuts, chia seed, and fresh fruit - 1/2 apple, pear, peach, etc.) 10:30am: fruit (grapefruit or pear) 11:30am: raw veggie sticks (carrots, snap peas, broccoli, and/or red bell pepper) with 1/2 avocado mashed with cherry tomatoes 1pm (post-gym): sashimi and seaweed salad from deli case - or - ani phyo recipe 2:30pm: orange, green tea 4:30pm (caltrain or pre-gym): kale salad with raw green goddess dressing evening snack (post-gym): handful of almonds

7am: water 8am: water, raw smoothie - or - 100kcal oatmeal packets with cinnamon, walnuts, and fruit (pref 1/2 apple or pear) (300) 9am: coffee - or - green tea (10) 10am: 1/2 cup of yogurt, another fruit (mango, kiwi, or raisins) (125) 11am: orange, green tea (85) 12pm: either first portion of scott prepared meal - or - fresh salmon sashimi from deli case and seaweed salad - or - salad with some kind of protein - or - ani phyo recipe (250) 1pm: 1/2 cup of yogurt with nature's hollow jam or honey (80) 2pm: raw veggie sticks (carrots, snap peas, red bell pepper) with 1/2 avocado mashed (100) 3pm: microwaved broccoli with lemon (50) 4pm: 2nd portion of scott prepared meal - or - other halves of other lunches (250) 5pm: sugar free jello pudding (60)
