Welcome Rafa!
There are no easy solutions for loosing weight and keeping it off. It takes discipline and effort. The weakest link and the least controllable one, specially in the US is keeping calorie intake under control. Use Gyminee to stay on track and keep motivated. Best of luck my friend!
