I know, I know.
I will start entering foods again today. Between camping and everything else, impossible. My calories will be very low today also. Had a lot of Thai food last night at the AEC general meeting.

Muenster
It's the Muenster cheese. Timothy uses lots of it because it is similar to the type of cheese they have in Chili. I intended on having just two slices on my toast, but two more were letting me know how creamy they were and that they needed me to eat them, so I ate 400 calories of muenster cheese.
