    Back to the exercise grind

    Well after taking a long time off and eating too much bad food.. I'm back on the diet and exercising bandwagon.

    4 pounds gone!

    So far I'm on my way!! I've lost 4 pounds and love working out. I have so much more energy and I use it to work out more. I eat better (most of the time) and I've noticed my clothes are a bit looser. Did my morning Kenpo today and heading to the gym later on this afternoon for some weight training and hopefully some swimming :)

    Lovin' it!

    Been smoke and nicotine free for a week now. My body is responding well and my exercises aren't as hard.. Time to switch it up.. I think a month more of cardio then I'll be ready to switch up to the weight training and getting my muscles where I want 'em ;)
