AHH CARBS
Carbs are not the enemy! Lol... it just seems that way. Just eat good ones! Besides... grains/breads are the bottom of the pyramid and you need them more than anything. Just change them up for whole grains... pasta, bread, oats, and whole grain cereals! :)))

CARBS!!
I swear EVERYTHING has tons of carbs in it. Trying to stay away from them but its really hard. Want to find foods high in protein & low in carbs & calories.

Hey there Chick! You are doing soo well. I honestly think the hardest part is setting your mind to making a change... I know it was for me. Obviously, working out and eating better is waaay hard as well but you are logging things and paying attention so that is a great way to start off. I definitely think you should try intervals or something when you workout. The goal is to keep your heart rate up for as long as possible in order to burn more. It takes around an hour of solid cardio before your body will start eating through the fat... obviously, Cals in vs Cals out are the most important but to really utilize your workouts, try to get your heart rate up for as long as you can. Try going as fast as you can on a medium resistance on the elliptical .. however long you last at that pace, go at a lower pace for the same time.. alternate that for 30 mins. You will be amazed at how good you will feel! Also, if your focus is more on diet... try to cut back more on "bad" things and eat a lot of good things. You will find that you can eat a lot more food if it is healthy! ... I think you kick ass! I AM PROUD OF YOU

realizing I should have eaten 1 piece of pizza instead of 2 & I would have stayed within my fat grams goal. Maybe start with a salad next time to fill me up?
