Goal 1
Maintain Low Carb, Diet with Little to no Red Meat. 1cup of rice at most daily, 1 cup of coffee at most daily, and minimum of 30 min cardio at work during lunch and min 30 min of cardio on the Elliptical daily along with my scheduled workout.
