Bonne séance sans trop de douleur à l'omoplate c'est peutétre temporaire le temps de se roder je vais continuer sur cette lancée en écoutant mon corps. Je rajoute du gainage à la fin de la séance pour améliorer ma tenue en bateau. Retour sur le regime dukan avec une semaine PP, je dois faire attention lors de mes séance bateaux d'avoir assez de jus, je mangerais une barre protéinée ou un fruit pour avoir un peu de sucre et éviter l'accident.
