    Yep..

... been there! Those are the same steps I had to take too and ended up getting the shot which only helps temporally. Let's hope it doesn't come to that for you though! :-)

    But...

What's really funny is that I didn't think anything of it.. just carried on and then after awhile I wondered why I kept having these pains in my shoulder. Then I remembered... it took me six months to realize it was from that injury. Primarily bc I didn't lift heavy until six months after the incident. So you're most likely going to run - just stay away from doing any cardio for awhile and you may even want to go to physical training to see if there is anything they might be able to recommend. Hopefully there is !

    ..

Made a stupid mistake; forgot to put down my kickstand on my 300+ pound motorcycle... I then tried to prevent it from hitting the pavement but didn't realize it was so heavy...

    Wow

Sorry to hear that! :( I had the same problem but it was with my right shoulder... couldn't lift heavy weight at all bc it would inflame... took about 4 years to completely heal and now im fine. The body is an amazing machine, isn't it?
