I did this for a just 6 weeks and went from a Novice to Intermediate lifter on all the core lifts! According to these standards: http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.htm Everyone should be doing this! Rippetoe and Venuto fan as well.

I'm a regular over on Traineo.com and just thought I'd check this out. Wrist still hurts, but I'm focusing on my running in the meantime. Hope to pick up where I left off on the Stronglifts 5x5 within the next two months.
