For the encouragement! Thats a pretty impressive weight loss! I'm not planning on getting quite that low but after weighing 270lbs in the past I am definitely enjoying being the right side of 190! Keep up the good work

so not that i've fallen off the wagon. I've been working out just as regularly, and just as intensely as before... i've just stopped logging everything religiously on daily burn. gotta redefine the goals. I've reached my goal weight. Now i need to build muscle on top of that goal weight. I need a workout buddy.

the 90 day countdown - time to kick workouts into
burningman in 95 days people! time to kick my workouts into high gear. Trainer kicked my butt and wedding through my schedule off last week, but no excuses going forward. 4 days a week. 3 days lifting, 1 day cardio.
