About Me
I am obsessed with all things fitness these days. I used to be about 100 pounds heavier and have dropped the weight through a combination of low carb diet and active time at the gym almost every day. All or nothing by nature, I used to either be in "diet mode" or "fat mode"...simple as that. One "bad" item consumed turned into a domino affect of a whole day or even longer of horrible eating. I'm learning to enjoy my food and accept a splurge for what it is--a well-deserved reward for years of dedication and hard work.
