    I realised I hadn't had enough calories/fat/protein today, so I've had some tuna as an evening snack mmmm. And some macaroni cheese. I'll have a scoop of whey protein later to top up my protein too. Mmmm strawberry. Excellent.

    Ok the healthy eating starts now, the serious training starts now. I am getting back in the zone and I won't let anything stop me. I want to be in tip top shape before I go away in mid July, therefore every day will count.
