High Intensity Interval Cardio
Wow that's hard. I had plans to do 60 seconds at max effort, then 60 seconds off, 60 max, 60 off. 4 minutes in that got changed to 90 sec off, then the max dropped to 30 seconds and the off bumped up to 3 minutes. Finished it out with a 45 seconds max 3 minutes off. Feel totally wiped, legs and sides burning. Hopefully I came at least a tiny bit close to achieving an EPOC effect so it's not all for naught.
