    Day 4

    I am on day 4 of my new eating plan. I am roughly following the advice of Joy Baurer RDN. Things are going well! This week is the hardest though because no artificial sweeteners or sugars or sweets or treats.. I feel like my calorie intake is too low though, but I am not hungry. Not sure what else I can do to bump that up, but I will see how it goes until Saturday. My meals are very balanced though and the no carb thing at dinner has been fine. thought that would be the toughest. Need to get my 30 mins of exercise in everyday. I bought a heart rate watch last night - that should help motivate me and help me track the cals burned. I am starting slowly and just walking.
