The way it is
Listen, I'm sure "Dangerous Madam" is a lovely person, but i just cannot tolerate people who fake their workouts just to win stupid fake trophies on here. You should be using this site to accurately track your workouts so you can measure your progress. How are you supposed to do that if you lie? Whatever. I will continue to input my exercises exactly right, and i will continue to see improvements. Happy training everyone

Cheat!
Sometimes in life you come across someone so sad and deluded that you just have to laugh. And then go back to pitying them. "Dangerous Madam" is at it again. I just had a look at her workout log from yesterday and it is complete and utter bullshit. I think i've worked out why she does it though - she's desperate to win as many challenges as she can. Well you're only cheating yourself. Here's what's wrong with what she's putting on here: 1) She seems to train legs about 4 times a week 2) That is IMPOSSIBLE to do at the reps and weights she's quoting 3) She claims to lift 100kg for 20x5 doing leg curls - IMPOSSIBLE! I don't know of any leg curl machine on this planet that even goes up to 100kg!!! 4) She claims to lift 200kg for 20x5 doing leg presses - IMPOSSIBLE! There is no way that someone who weighs 50kg is leg pressing four times that. Not possible. 5) She claims to lift 130kg+ doing leg adductors and abductors - IMPOSSIBLE! Again, i don't know of any adductor or abductor machine in the world that goes up to 130kg. Even if there was such a machine, there's no way "Dangerous Madam" would be lifting those sorts of weights. I have incredibly strong and powerful legs, and even I don't go above 100kg. 6) After all these mental leg workouts, she then tries to claim that she went for a one hour run ont he treadmill!!!!!!! DO ME A FAVOUR!!! Even if you did a leg workout at 40% of the intensity she claims, there is no way in hell you would have enough energy to complete a one hour run. No way. 7) I could go on and on and on about how much crap she puts on here. But lets entertain the idea that she actually did do all she said she did. Firstly she would weigh about double what she claims to weigh, secondly she would have ENORMOUS legs, and lastly she would quite comfortably be one of the strongest people on the planet. I urge you all - do not believe a word of what she puts on here! This is not me being bitter. I'm a well educated athlete, who has lived in the bodybuilding and fitness world for the last 12 years. I've helped people lose weight and get in shape, i've helped boxers train for fights, i know what it's all about. And right now, Dangerous Madam is making a complete mockery of the whole system.

Why bother?
I cannot believe the amount of people who bullshit about how much they've lifted during a gym session. I've been looking at various people's exercise logs and most of them are complete rubbish. One of them, "Dangerous Madam", is the most laughable I have ever seen! This woman, if her photos and body weight stats are to be believed, is in great shape. Trim, by all accounts. But her exercise logs are complete rubbish!!!! There is no way in hell that a woman of her bodyweight is lifting weights over 400lbs during a leg session. NO WAY. I know a few fitness models and professional and amateur bodybuilders and most of them couldn't even do that! And the ones that could do that sort of weight certainly wouldn't do it for as many reps as "Dangerous Madam" is doing it. Not a chance. Just take a look at her workout logs. Complete rubbish on pretty much every single day. I studied with WABBA and have trained with professional bodybuilders for years. I know the human body inside and out. I know what the limits of the human body are. I know what's possible and what isn't. I'm an incredibly strong guy and used to compete a bit myself back in the day. Even if I train to my absolute maxium I don't even come close to what Dangerous Madam and others are claiming to be lifting on here. I'm 18 stone of pure muscle and have a body fat of around 8%. You're telling me some woman less than half my bodyweight is lifting DOUBLE what I am? I don't think so!!!

Meh....
Don't you just hate it when the gym is uber busy and it seems as though every clown in there has no idea what they're doing? JUST GET OFF THE BENCH BUDDY AND LET THE PRO'S USE IT!

Eye of the Tiger!
Yesterday was one the strangest gym sessions i've had all year. I only like to work each body part once a week to give the muscle fibres a chance to rebuild and grow. But last night i spent an hour destroying my legs with some ridiculous weights. Weights that i would normally only do about 12 reps with, but i had so much energy last night that i managed 20 reps on pretty much every set. After the leg workout i could barely walk, but i still had enormous amounts of energy, so i ended up doing my second chest workout of the week. Whatever i ate or drank yesterday at work, i think i need to do it again!
