    work for glutes

I had resigned myself to 2nd place so I wasn't checking my totals until this morning. You have been doing some serious squats! Good job on your weight loss also.

About Me

Interested in a lot- tennis, hiking, road biking, running and general fitness workouts. I love to workout, but have gotten off of the path and quite honestly have gotten into a rut- I haven't been pushing myself for the last several years (except for a 90 day P90X period last spring-great program) and am looking for Dailyburn to bring a little more challenge back into my workouts. I love anything that stokes my competitive fires (probably from my competitive tennis days- many years ago) and perhaps I can stimulate someone else to work harder as well- then we'll all win, because fitness is our pathway to a better, healthier, longer, and more enjoyable life.
