Hi there... :)
My shoulder is feeling a little bit better, Thank you.... :) I hurt it on thrusday, while attempting to break a record doing pushups... :( I took a few days off my upper body and made the attempt to work out my upper last night, but I felt like I was making it worst by the minute... so I pretty much stopped before I began... I def. need a few more days to heal... I'm trying to be very careful as I continue my workout routine so I'm trying not to be as aggressive... In the mean time I'm still doing my cardio and legs... :)

oo, good to know! i heard that a lot of times, tiredness & fatigue in women can be due to iron deficiencies, but since my blood test didn't say that, i guess i should avoid taking supplements for it! and yes...the end of the school year is SO close...I keep reminding myself that i just need to hang in there a little longer, and then i'll have all summer to recuperate!
