feeling better
Ok back feels fine , walked 3 miles yesterday and biked 12.3 miles today. And thor you are right , some times rest is more important,well no weight loss but i feel fine,

Sometimes it's just best to rest up a couple of day rather than trying to do some sort of workout every day despite your injury. I took off a day last week to let my shins heal and put some ice on them, and I was good as new in the morning. Your back is telling you something...perhaps it's telling you to stay off the bike until it can heal. If it persists despite rest, then you should probably get some medical assistance with it, as it could be something more serious.

Sore back
Back still not feeling to good, don't know why so I will be taking it easy again today. Only doing a bike ride today, maybe 7 to 10 miles at an easy pace.

Missed todays work out due to Dr's appointment, but did get a 6 mile bike ride in though, (will do todays workout tomorrow.)
