    P90X

I have completed the first week of 90X and I am beat. This is a really hard program...but what's more difficult is finding an uninterrupted hour to complete it in! I hope I can get some good results in the 90 days.

    Thanks

Thanks Jamie! I may have gained some of that back over the weekend! I did not really eat all that well and only worked out once. I do like the Couch to 5K workout program but I am not doing it consistently. I need to figure out a routine!!! How are you doing with your working out??

    44 to go...

Well I made Shane get me up this morning since I was so behind on my running. I didn't finish last week's exercises and there is no way I'm going to be able to do Week 5 without week 4 so I knew I really needed to do it. So I got up this morning at 645 and ran. It felt so great though. it was so cool this morning my skin was actually chilled :) and I made sure to get out of my neighborhood in order to make myself at least get it done without stopping early. I was hard but I finished! I can now run for 5 minutes without stopping and without dying!! And ALSO I have now been running for officially 1 month solid :) I've never stuck to anything for that long in terms of running so it's a huge step in the right direction. Oh and YEA to you all who have lost some lbs. Keep it up :)

    goody job

i'm proud of you and I understand about feeling good once you exercise. when I was getting up at 4:00 to work out at 5:00 I truly did feel good. I just can't pull myself out of bed that early any more. I'm trying to walk at lunch while the weather is so beautiful. Plus it helps with the stress! Keep up the great work and good luck on the Turkey Trot!! That's an awesome goal!

    It will come...

The weight will come off. You keep doing what you are doing and your body will respond. I promise you! When I worked out at Curves the first month I did not see much progress then all of a sudden I started losing pounds left and right!! You are doing a great job! Keep up the hard work.
