I'll try. Right now I'm gonna see about drinking just plain water first, and then add the tea with honey stuff later on.

there is nothing wrong with drinking a tea, in fact it's very healthy. just use a teaspoon of honey instead of sugar and piece of lemon and you'll love it...i always drink 2 cups of tea a day.

Thanks. I don't feel like I'm progressing as much as I would like to. At this point, I'm trying to set little goals for myself each week instead of going cold turkey. This week's goal is drinking NOTHING but water. No tea, no soda, none of those crystal light drink thingies. Yesterday I had tea with my dinner, but it was the weekend! I try to give myself at least 1 cheat meal a week so that I don't go crazy.

thank you... i feel like i have came down with a cold. unfortunately with that you can't really do anything active, which sucks...i'm also off the diet today, since i need to eat lots of honey and chicken soup. i'm planning to get back on the track on monday. as far as your progress - keep it up! you did fantastic yesterday. lot's of activities and it seems like you have a goal you have been approaching slowly but surely! i'm proud of you.

Yesterday I went to the rec center and did 15 mins of cardio on the elliptical, and then 35 mins on this crosstrainer machine. I also walked a few laps around the track. Need to log that. I try to stay away from junk food, but sometimes it's sooo hard. I mean temptations are everywhere!! Sorry you're feeling sick. Hope you feel better soon.
