frustrating week - did loose weight, but lost work
Did only a few work outs due to boys being ill and struggling at work. I truly am grateful for the progress on weight loss in spite of the work out set backs. Will ride tomorrow then back into the groove on Monday. No matter what. It's week three (technically four for us)...so we gotta make it happen.

lowering calorie intake - still not dropping weigh
I dropped by about 200 calories. See if that makes a difference. Still need to get protein and grateful Tom's wife Pria sent home samples stuff. Look forward to trying those out. May/may not work out tonight, we're both not feeling that well today. But we may yet muster.

still figuring out the nutrition and enjoying more
protien without calories and fat...geeze. and I feel like I'm eating constantly. But the workouts are getting more interesting as I can do more of them. Dan I both noticed that week two is a lot better than week one. We're able across the board to do almost 50% more exercise (reps, duration, weight) than last week. That is really neat. Wasn't expecting that.

I'm eating way too much it seems.
I can't seem to get to the protein without the calorie going too high...but maybe that is alright. I'll keep trying to figure it out. I'm just struggling with that quite a bit right now.

Title...
Bummed but still focused. I simply could not find a way to make the last workout of the week. I was just wiped out after yoga then legs yesterday. So I'll do all my chores today (clean house, barn etc to loosen up). Then I'll horse ride on Sunday then back at it on Monday for the full week with the team.
