Title...
Right - new year and therefore; new attitude. Ready to get back into it and to refocus myself. My health isn't great and certainly my weight is fluctuating erratically. So I shall get organised.

I am all over the shop!! Up and down. I blow it on the weekends....big time. I always eat healthy, but I know I also drink too much alcohol on weekends. So new rule. Alcohol free unless I go out with friends.

Not going well. I had great plans to be bikini ready for Italy in August.....well, I have had my emotional eating days lately. Although on the up side I have given up alcohol for Dry July and that has been good. I am sleeping better and feel pretty good. Given the amount I was drinking though, I would have thought I would lose some weight. Perhaps patience is required!!

Okay - I have slacked off lately. Not controlling me snacking well at all this last couple of weeks. I have also slipped a bit with the wine but still doing pretty well. Need to get focused again. It seems that work gets on top of me and I just whimp out!

okay so a week of being footloose and fancy free. Eating things I haven't in years (eg cream buns) and drinking lots of wine and champagne. Now back to reality and aim to reach my goal...62kg.
