About Me
12/2010 :I have lost #48. Yay!! My goal is still #30 away and I AM going to get there. No matter how long it takes. I am still doing Zumba 3xweek and mix up the rest of the week with aqua pilates, core fusion, intervals and yoga. I have added a reformer to my home gym and LOVE it. I visited my old work place and no one recognized me....very cool indeed.

Holidays
The holidays have started. Thanksgiving was easy....out of the country and fresh fish. Got the exercise in by jumping waves and walking everywhere. Love Pilate Fusion....who knew a #2 would hurt soooo much and feel so good at the same time. The class is still challenging. Still doing Zumba 3xweek - and still loving it. What a fabulous bunch of people. Zumba love. As they say - Join the party!! My husband has started playing the drums once a week for Zumba - its so fabulous to have him involved. And through his drumming we have joined other zumba classes as guests. Zumba has opened a whole new world for the both of us. Haven't post anything on here for a while - so it time to get back on the wagon - before all the holiday rush starts. Jarede

Pilates
Took my first Pilates class today - I thought for sure I would totally hate it - its slow, no music, yuchy! But during the class I decided that I should embrace what I don't like or feel that might be boring. I take that same approach in photography so why not with exercising. By the end of class I was feeling ab muscles I had not felt since I was 19 - thats 30 years ago!! I will go back.
