    I donated blood yesterday at around 3 pm. They didn't have any low calorie juices so I stuck with Apple juice and a powerade. And 2 packs of oreo cookies - 100 calories per pack. Eh, yesterday wasn't the BEST day, nutrition-wise, but it could have been much worse. I stayed within my calories though at 1152 for the day. I think. Unless I forgot something. Oh. Damn. Yeah I forgot the Hershey's chocolate. I'll go add that in. Anyway, the real reason I'm annoyed is because I went dancing last night with the girls. Dancing is a WORKOUT! I was sweating, my legs were burning, and I'm pretty sure I burned at least a few calories. Shit, that reminds me I forgot to add the drink I had last night too. Just one drink (a double vodka with cranberry). Anyway, so I go to Daily Burn today to report my weight loss for this morning (Woo hoo!) and my exercise and come to find that DANCING is not on the list of exercises. This site blows.

I've been struggling with weight my entire life, and have achieved success for periods of up to a year, then fall back into old habits. One thing I know works for me is to have other people to chat with about exercise and nutrition, so I'd love some buddies on here! I'm also trying to learn how to run. I've never been able to due to various excuses, but I've signed up for a 5K in Mid-October.
