Dayyyyyyyuuuuuummmmmmmm.....Honestly dude, I dont even know if Id wanna spar someone who I knew did Olympic lifting on the side...lol....really tho, thats just too much restrained visceral power to be fuckin around with...Honestly, thats the only reason I train how I train...Cuz I know once I get back into fightin hardcore again, the power I'll be able to dissipate through a mofo's body will be unrivaled. If you dont mind me asking, how old are you? I definitely wanna be olympic lifting into my 60's and beyond so if you say you're that old, you've just given me so much hope...

How's the training going...I see you been doing some Jiu Jitsu....My second love I just haven't met yet....hahahaha....Ima get in that once I get into graduate school fo sho tho...I need some ground skill.
