About Me
I've been working out steadily for a few years now, and have lost a lot of weight. At this point I think I'm done losing (except for my damn belly roll!) and I'm ready to start putting on some muscle. I really enjoy running, and I'm excited about all I'm learning at my current gym. Crossfit is where it's at. I wish I had known this sooner.

Not a good start to the day
Didn't sleep well, woke up with a headache and a stomach ache. Also didn't have time for a proper breakfast. Will have an excellent lunch to balance things out.

Musings on a Monday
Being a cooked of limited skill, I'm having a little trouble spicing things up paleo-wise, but it is fun to try. On the other hand, I can't get enough fresh fruit! It's interesting how something as simple as a handful of walnuts can have such an impact.
