Nice to get to the gym today, its been FAR too long.... I haven't been using my membership so cost per visit is HUGE - will have to get that down with more visits over the next month!

New Year's Health Resolutions 2011
1. Get back to weight I was in mid-2009 (72 kg). 2. Visit gym at least once a week. 3. Keep walking daily. 4. Eat better and consume more fruit. 5. Try some new exercises. 6. Finish walking the Grand Canal.

Re-visiting last year's (2010) Health Resolutions.
1. Get back to weight I was in early August 2009 (70 kg). <Did not achieve. Add to 2011> 2. Eat better and consume more fruit. <Partly achieved. Continue> 3. Visit gym at least twice a week on average. <Failed miserably> 4. Start a little strength training to complement cardio work. <Didn't start> I need to make 2011 a more healthy year.

Title...
Congrats on finishing the AT. I check occasionally to see if you finally made it. Now if we could just finish walking around the world!

Appalachian Trail complete!
Finally finished this 2,175 mile walking challenge, the equivalent distance of the Appalachian Trail! This was one of the first challenges I took up when I joined Gyminee (now DailyBurn). After that hike, where to next? :-)
