Like a frog standing on it's hind legs..
...is how a smart ass in my office described me. It seems I have skinny legs, no ass and a big belly. What a nice mental picture. BTW, I just ate a slice of red velvet cake. I was doing good until a coworker began to debate wether the frosting was butter cream or cream cheese. It had me at butter cream. Sigh.

Goals
Yeah, 170 is actually about 10 pounds less than my actual goal. But what I'm aiming for is to drop down to there and then build back up to 180 adding muscle mass... maybe that way I won't end up with flabby saggy old man skin :-)

Time for a change
This is it. No more excuses. Goodbye Golden Arches (I can't believe I still eat that shit after watching "Supersize Me") Goodbye sweet carbs, it was fun but I look like Archie Bunker and this, unlike "The Dude" I cannot abide. Back to my fighting weight, 184 lbs. Here We GO!!!!!
