Getting much closer
I still am not there yet. It's a moving target and I'll know it when I get there, but I'm pretty darn happy with where I am right now. Thanks Sylvio!

Slow....but good
One month to lose just under 2 lbs. The good news is I lost .5 % body fat over that time.

Wow -- your goal is totally in sight!
I've stopped being a slacker and will re-focus again. Doing a tri in March and have goals for that. Your progress is really amazing!
