I was kinda burnt out so I took a couple of weeks off. Now I am back onto the workout train.

Thanks for the message. Training is going well. I met my team this weekend and walked a lot. The last couple days have been so hectic. Have to go in and backlog my workouts. You should take swimming lessons it is a good thing to know. We had to take it as part of gym class as a kid because of all the lakes. Once the weather warms up I can start hitting the outdoor pool. : ) How are your workouts going?

KBs are awesome, i got a pair for a good price off amazon. they will improve your core strength and your hamstrings/glutes. it takes some getting used to though, i've gotten quite a few bruises from doing cleans.
