ok so im definately not where i want to be by any means but i have lots weight so thats a good sign i basically gave up on everything i was doing but im ready to hit it hard again. lets see how this goes in round 2

so work absolutely sucked today! is it just me or is it completely disrespectful for someone to think its ok to keep you on for 3 hours and 41 minutes past when u were scheduled off? on top of that i wasnt even told i was getting off late until it was already 45 minutes after the fact. i watch kids so its not like i can just up and leave i have to wait for them to come home. man am i ticked right now. its not like i even get paid by the hour i get pad the same measly flat rate if i get off on time or not. ok so now that my rant is over.... food wise it was ok today, i felt super good this morning because i took what i consider a really long walk this morning and did it in 30 min so i was in a great mood when i got home from it. i had another sweet tea but i budgeted it in today bc of my stress level. sometimes you just need a fix. mine is sweet tea. and im wasting another 222 calories on a mikes hard but i know that it would get ugly for the man sleeping next to me tonight with out it. so that is life today. i wanted to do another two miles tonight but got off too late and it is too dark and scary now to do it. i got tomorrow off though so i guess i could get an extra 2 in tomorrow some time.ok good night.thanks for all the support guys it really is helping
