    In and Out Again

I have lost weight, but that was mostly do to medication that made me uncomfortable, so that had to go wayside. I have since gained some back. If I can keep the weight down through the winter months I believe it will set me up for more success.

    Falling off the wagon

I have fallen off the wagon, not because I wasn't seeing results. I stopped due Ramadan; a entire month of extreme fasting. You can not eat from sun up to sun down. This not only messes up your workout, but your frame of mind as well. So I did not work out for a month, and then it just carried over to the next. Then the following month. It is a cycle because it happens every year; and the holy month changes every year.(sidereal calendar thing) I know ultimately its not how you finish, but if you finish. So I stand up brush myself off and get back on the wagon, because we fall to learn to get back up.

    Why I eat

I think I'm more a night person, tending to lean towards someone who actually becomes more awake and active at night. I used to have a forced regime being in the military, and in high school I played sports. Now I sit most of the day, and it's become comfortable for me not to do much else, unless it is necessary. Now this doesn't explain why I eat. I think that is because I really like food, and not just for comfort. I love the different tastes, flavors, textures, and so on. Maybe it's the MSG, I'm not sure, but I do know that sometimes I find it hard to stop once I start. I feel that maybe it is in part an addiction thing. Food is tricky the very same thing that helps us live can help kill us faster. I also think the Food Distributers and the FDA need to change guidelines and procedures, and people primarily Americans need to strive to make changes in our way of life.
