    Sorry I missed you and Steve

    Oh well, maybe I can catch up with you guys another day at lunch. So, yeah, doing the 1/2. I'm a glutton for punishment. I ran 10 miles day before yesterday. That was a huge milestone for me. Took 1hr 27min. I was dead when I finished. Totally bonked at about 8. I wish I had brought a goo pack or something. Oh well, I'll get another chance probably tomorrow AM. I want to go the full 13 at least twice before the race. Unfortunately, I've been a lazy bastard and havent been doing my rides in the evening, so my endurance is falling.....not good with just a few weeks to go. Sure I cant talk you into signing up?

    Steve told me your times for the Autsim 5k. Those are great times. Contratulations !!! I need to hook up with you guys during a lunch time run later this week or next. I only have a couple of weeks before the City of the Oaks Half. Sure I cant talk you into it?
