DEADLIFT - Legs or Back?
Having done a deadlifts session yesterday I can tell you its definitely back!!! (Actually it's hamstrings, glutes, back, abs, traps, forearms amongst other things). I stuck the Squats and Deads in my LEGS workout as I usually do them together and it saves me time filling in my totals...
