No Going Anywhere
So even though I am working out and eating as healthy as I can, I am still not losing any weight! Here is why why I think nothing is happen....I'M NOT EATING ENOUGH CALORIES! And it is totally because I am not hungry! I have tried to eat the recommended amount of calories in a day but I feel so full and gross at the end of the day! I don't know what to do! If anyone has anything please send it my way!! Thanks

Gluten Free
I am starting to do my gluten and dairy free diet again! I have done this once before and it helped loose weight and it made me feel great and gave me a lot more energy!! I went out and bought a bunch of gluten and dairy free food today! It is a little bit more expensive, but I swear it is completely worth it!! The chicken tenders I made for dinner tonight was great!!

C25K
So I have started the C25K program this morning. I thought it would be easier than it was because I have been running for the past couple of weeks. I guess pushing myself and actually building up endurance are two different things! I completed W1D1 and I feel great and can't wait to do day two!! My other new thing is I have decided to go back to the detox program I did once before! I am now cutting out all gluten, dairy, and processed foods! It made me feel great the last time I did it, and I know a couple of people who have done it and they have also lost some weight while on it!! Wish me luck!

Fitocracy
So I have been using this app called Fitocracy and it is kind of like a point earning system for all the exercises you do!! It has been making me do more in the way of activities in the hopes that I will get points for it! I recommend it highly!!!
