Week Four
My cardio fitness is definately improving. My weight is stabilizing below 270 and hopefully heading down. I have room to improve on my diet though.

Week Two
Exercise efforts has gone well. Was able to add HIIT to last nights Elliptical session for the last 16 minutes. Weight was stable over the weekend while "inches" reduced. Need to watch the diet more closely

Land of Second Chances
Today I started over after having fallen off the proverbial wagon from a successfull weight loss effort from 2 years ago. After getting down to 239 (loosing 50 plus pounds) I have gained 33 pounds back and stand at 272. My goal is to retrace my steps, win back ground I previously gained but learn from my mistakes.

It is the 9th of January and I have been working out again since January 2nd. My daughter Ceci and I have been working out every other day. I have gained at least 15 lbs since I stopped working out after labor day. If I lost it once I can lose it again.

September 1st
Its Wednesday, September 1st, 2010. I weigh 244 lbs (50 lbs down from May of 2009) and have maintained this weight for 5 or months or so. Its time to break out of this plateau. My goal is to weigh 220 lbs by New Years Eve. I will need to lose 1.5 lbs per week over the next 16 weeks to accomplish this goal. I am sure that my main problem is calorie creep though my exercise for the last month has been a C- at best.
