Back in the game
OK, I'm back. I had a foot injury that took me out of my workout program. Now, I'm all healed up and ready to rock. I am using my new scale again, and it weighs me a little heavier than my other one. That explains half of the weight gain; the other half is due to sloppy eating habits and no exercise over the last 2 months. My workout plan is to do the 2nd half of P90 for 45 days and then move to P90X. Once the weather gets better, I'm going to add in running to my workouts. My diet is simple, maintain a healthy calorie deficit with a 40/30/30 split and reassess once I hit my goal weight.

Re: Update
I just hope your recover is going well. You could probably do seated curls, 21s, shoulder flies, and stuff like that.

Update
My lifting program was going slow, but my running was still pretty strong. I ran 7 miles in preparation for a cross country race I had and I injured my foot. I ran the race any way and since then have been in a boot. In another week, I'll take off the boot and get back into my workout routine. The break has been extremely tough for me. I already feel like I'm losing some of my progress. I'm considering some alternatives to my lifting just to sustain some of my gains.

Day 23
Cardio in the morning was strenuous. I didn't have the energy to go as long or as strong as I would have liked. Also, I'm having trouble breathing still. Even though my heavy symptoms have passed, I still felt miserable after my morning workout. My evening run was actually pretty strong for the first half, but I lost steam after about 1 mile in. I'm not sure if it's being sick or lack of nutrients that's causing it.
