    Worse than I though

    I'm pretty disgusted by yesterday now I've logged it all. Didn't enjoy it either. Only reason I can think it happened is down to me feeling ill with a bad cold. Anyway, todays a new day

    Not a great start

    Complete blow out last night, not sure what happened but I'm going to try & log it all, that way I might shock myself into behaving. Also going to review my calories, I think 1100-1300 may be a bit low for me.

    Here we are again

    Back from holidays and weight right up. Not surprining, really didn't make good choices, but enjoyed every minute of it. OH birthday celebrations this weekend, so not great, but back into it now. Pot's finally off but still fairly limited on the exercise front. No running until November!!

    Just logged todays food so far. I knew it was going to be hight, but didn't expect it to be so bad. I haven't even had dinner yet. Must get my focus back.

    Day 9

    OMG what has come over me. I have turned into a human dustbin. All I seem to want to do is eat, & it's all the wrong stuff. I feel awful for eating it, sluggish, bloated, cross with myself, my weight's creeping up at an alarming rate. I must get a grip. I'm going to attempt to log all the food I've eaten over the last couple of days. If that doesn't kick start me, I don't know what will.

About Me

Hi, I'm Julie from the UK. I'm 36 years old and have 2 beautiful girls aged 4 and 2. I was overweight before getting pregnant and although I lost all the extra baby weight both times I was still overweight a year later. My aim was to lose 40lbs in total and I've done it. After a couple of months away it seems I've become a little relaxed. I've carried on with my exercise, mainly running, but I've started to enjoy a few too many treats & my weight has crept up a few pounds. I'm now back with a new goal, and I will reach it.
