Exercise
The elliptical continues. I'm not sure if it was that or something else, but September was an awesome weight loss month. Until the last week when I got stalled for 2 weeks. Looks like this week I got un-stalled. We'll see how October progresses. Continuing on the elliptical for 2/week, aiming for 500 cal. I may try to up my time spent (I have reduced it to 20-24 minutes).

Started Exercise
In an effort to amp up the weight loss, I got on the elliptical today. I aim to do it 2-3 / week for 20-40 min. I had hoped to get to 500 cal / workout - first time out was 20 minutes and 406 cal. So 500 should be easy, I'm thinking 650 or 750 might be a better goal. Should mean more weight loss too!

Finally back to pre-vacation weight
I'm basically back to pre-vacation weight. Wow 3-weeks off takes 4-5 weeks to undo. And I wasn't even _that_ bad with eating (not good, but not horrible). From now on, I'm going to count on whatever time on vacation, 2x that to get back to weight before vacation. It took 1x to get back in the grove, then 1x to lose the vacation weight. Hopefully it'll be a bit easier in the future. Also hopefully, next week I hope to tie my current record low. Then I'm really back to where I was pre-vacation and making progress. We'll see.

Updated my nutrition again - 160
New goal of 160 lbs. This is the final goal (well, I may notch it down to 155 or something as I get close to 160, but just for eating goals, 160 is the final goal for this phase of weight loss).
